Phi thơm tỏi băm với 1 ít dầu ăn, cho thịt bò vào xào với lửa lớn, thêm 30ml rượu trắng, để thịt bò vừa chín tới thì gắp thịt ra liền.
Cho hành tây vào xào, đến khi hành vừa trong thì cho ớt chuông và cà chua vào, thêm 50ml nước nóng. Chờ nước sốt sôi lên thì cho thịt bò vào lại, thêm cần tàu, nêm nếm cho vừa ăn rồi tắt bếp.
Xếp bánh phở chiên lên dĩa (có thể cắt nhỏ để dễ ăn hơn), bày thịt bò và rau củ xung quanh, rưới lên bánh phở một ít nước sốt là đã hoàn tất món Phở chiên bò lúc lắc mới lạ ngon bá chấy rồi.
