Mở sẵn lò nướng ở 175 độ C. Măng tây rửa sạch, cắt bỏ bớt phần gốc măng. Đặt 2 lát thịt xông khói lên thớt rồi để 2 cây măng tây lên và cuốn lại. Làm như vậy cho đến hết. Đặt măng tây lên khay có thoa bơ, rưới dầu olive và tiêu lên. Cho măng tây cuộn thịt vào lò nướng 25 phút đến khi chín, có màu vàng nâu thì lấy ra.
Trứng ốp la ngoài chảo cho hơi chín rồi cho lên trên măng tây, rắc phô mai lên cùng rồi cho vào lò nướng đến khi phô mai tan chảy là được. Lấy măng ra dĩa và thưởng thức thôi nè.
Măng tây cuộn thịt xông khói nướng trứng đơn giản, dễ thực hiện, có thể dùng làm món ăn sáng hoặc ăn tối đều được. Món này không chứa nhiều dầu mỡ và khá là bổ dưỡng đấy. Bạn hãy thử làm ngay món này nhé.
