Cải thìa rửa sạch, cắt khúc 5cm, nên để riêng phần lá và phần thân trắng của cải thìa. Đậu hũ chiên chần qua nước sôi, vắt ráo nước, cắt miếng dài. Cho tất cả gia vị: 2 muỗng canh tương miso Hàn Quốc, 1 muỗng canh dầu mè, một tí muối, 1 muỗng canh nước vào trong chén và khuấy đều.
Bắp chảo lên bếp, cho một ít dầu vào, tiếp theo cho đậu hũ vào xào. Thêm phần thân trắng của cải thìa đã cắt vào xào 2 phút. Bạn cho phần lá cải cùng với tỏi băm và hành lá cắt nhỏ vào xào. Sau đó cho hỗn hợp nước sốt vào xào để rau ngấm đều, thấy rau chín ngã màu xanh đậm thì tắt bếp. Khi xào rau nên để lửa lớn để rau giòn ngon ngọt.
