Lớp vỏ nem giòn dai bên ngoài, nhân mềm thấm vị bên trong, chấm kèm nước sốt sệt sệt chua chua ngọt ngọt thật hấp dẫn. Chắc chắn đây sẽ là món ăn ngon cho dịp Rằm tháng Giêng, giúp bạn và gia đình đỡ ngấy và chán miệng sau dịp Tết nguyên đán vừa rồi.
Chuẩn bị tất cả nguyên liệu. Rửa sạch rau củ, cắt nhỏ hành lá, băm nhỏ gừng tỏi, cắt lát nấm và cắt sợi bắp cải, cà rốt và măng tươi.
Cho vào chảo 1 muỗng canh dầu, cho gừng tỏi băm và hành lá cắt nhỏ vào, phi lên cho thơm.
Tiếp theo, cho các loại rau củ cắt sợi vào, xào đều một lúc đến khi gần chín thì cho 1 muỗng cà phê dầu mè, 1 muỗng canh rượu và 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối vào.
Quết một lớp dầu ăn lên giấy bạc đã được lót sẵn trong khay nướng. Múc nhân vào giữa lá nem, cuộn chặt tay. Sau đó quết một lớp trứng đánh mỏng đều khắp nem.
Cho nem chay vào lò nướng đã được làm nóng ở nhiệt độ 200 độ C, nướng trong 10 phút, sau đó lấy ra, trở cuốn nem lại, quết thêm lớp trứng đánh tan và nướng thêm 10 phút nữa.
Pha nước chấm nem: cho 10ml nước tương, 80ml giấm, 30g đường nâu và 15g tương cà vào nồi, vừa đun vừa khuấy đến khi đường tan hết thì cho nước bột bắp vào, khuấy đều.
Nem chín đem ra ăn cùng nước chấm mới pha, nem chay nhưng ăn thật tuyệt nhé!
