Gà xào moo shu là một món ăn của người Hoa được biết đến với thịt gà, nước tương, dầu thực vật và các loại gia vị khác cực kì đậm đà hương vị kết hợp cùng bắp cải giòn giòn giúp bạn không hế bị ngán khi ăn. Cách làm gà xào moo shu cực đơn giản, lưu lại công thức và thực hiện ngay nào.
Ức gà làm sạch, ướp với 1 muỗng canh dầu mè, 2 muỗng canh giấm, 2 muỗng canh nước tương, gừng tỏi băm nhuyễn, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, trộn đều để khoảng 15 phút cho gà ngấm gia vị. Còn bắp cải xanh và tím rửa sạch, thái sợi. Nấm ngâm muối, rửa sạch, xắt nhỏ. Hành lá cắt nhỏ.
Làm nóng chảo với dầu ăn, cho hành lá và nấm vào xào chín mềm khoảng 5 phút thì cho gà vào xào tiếp trong 8 phút để gà chín đều. Cuối cùng cho bắp cải xanh và tím vào, vặn lửa nhỏ, đậy nắp để sôi khoảng 10 phút, thỉnh thoảng đảo đều thịt. Khi tất cả nguyên liệu đã chín thì tắt bếp.
Cho gà xào vào giữa lá xà lách, thêm chút cà rốt bào sợi và đặt vào dĩa, làm như vậy cho những lá cải sau và nhìn nó rất giống bánh taco đấy. Còn nếu bạn ăn cơm thì chỉ cần cho gà ra dĩa là được. Gà xào moo shu ăn kèm xà lách, giá rất ngon nha.
